Invite teammates
Add people who help manage your QR codes. Teammates log in to VASQR — they are not the public who scan your codes.

- Prerequisites
- An approved workspace, the owner or admin role, and a free teammate seat on your plan.
- Open Team in the sidebar. The top of the page shows how many teammate seats you have used.
- Under Invite a teammate, choose a role: Admin (manages the team and billing), Editor (creates and edits QR codes), or Viewer (sees analytics and downloads codes).
- Click Generate invite. VASQR shows an 8-character invite code (for example ABCD-EFGH) and a paste link.
- Send the code or the link to your teammate — by WhatsApp, email, or any chat. Use Copy code or Copy link.
- Your teammate either opens the link, or goes to Sign up or Sign in and types the code in the Invite code box. They then appear in your Members list.
- Open invite codes stay listed on the Team page until they are used or expire.
Good to know
- Free trial workspaces have 1 teammate seat (just you). Starter has 5 and Pro has 20.
- When every seat is taken, the button reads No seats left. Remove a member or move to a larger plan to invite more.
- People who scan your QR codes never need an account and never count as teammates.
