Create a dynamic QR code
Create a QR code whose destination you can change later without reprinting.

- Prerequisites
- An approved workspace with an active trial or plan, and the owner, admin, or editor role.
- Open QR Codes in the sidebar.
- Under Create dynamic QR, enter a Name. Only your team sees it.
- Choose a Destination type — Website URL, Email, Hosted landing page, Google review, WhatsApp chat, WiFi helper page, or Contact card page — and fill in its details. For a website, type the full address, for example https://example.com/menu.
- Optionally add a Folder and Tags to organize codes, change the colors, and set limits: a password, start and end times, or a maximum number of scans.
- Click Create QR code. The new card shows the Scan URL (what the printed code holds) and Opens (where people will land).
- Click Test open to try the code in a new tab.
- Download PNG or SVG for design work, Print SVG for a print-ready sheet, or Print page to print straight from the browser.
- Later, use Edit to change Opens, Pause to stop the code temporarily, Clone to copy it, or Delete to remove it.
Good to know
- The printed code never contains your destination — only the Scan URL. That is why you can change Opens at any time.
- Your plan limits how many codes you can have: 3 on the free trial, 25 on Starter, 200 on Pro.
- You can also create many codes at once with the bulk upload on the same page.
